Who We Are

A freight brokerage built on dependable capacity

Titanium Freight Inc is a licensed and bonded U.S. freight broker headquartered at 3385 Hollowell Dr, Ceres, California. We are a broker rather than an asset-based carrier. We own no tractors, no trailers and no chassis, and we employ no drivers. What we do is source the right capacity for each load from a network of independent motor carriers we have qualified in advance, then manage that shipment end to end so it moves safely, on schedule and at an honest market rate, anywhere in the United States and across the Canadian and Mexican borders.

One point of contact

The same person handles your shipment from quote through proof of delivery. No handoffs between departments, no chasing a general inbox for a status update.

Proactive communication

Tracking updates through transit and a call on every exception, before it becomes your problem. Dispatch support is available around the clock.

Transparent pricing

Quoted rates reflect real market conditions with no hidden fees or surprise accessorials. New shippers can complete onboarding and move their first load the same week.

How We Work

From quote to proof of delivery

1

Quote

Send us the lane, equipment, commodity and pickup window. You get a firm rate, not a placeholder.

2

We source the carrier

We find a qualified motor carrier for that equipment, commodity and lane from our network, and re-verify its authority and insurance before the load is tendered.

3

Pickup & transit

Tracking updates through transit, with proactive notice on any delay, detention or temperature exception.

4

Delivery & billing

Proof of delivery on completion and a single clear invoice. Documentation is retained and available on request.

Compliance & Credentials

Licensed, bonded, and disciplined about who hauls your freight

Our operating authority and financial responsibility are matters of public record and can be verified directly with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

How we qualify a carrier

Every carrier is screened before it is permitted to haul, and re-checked at the time of each tender.

  • Active operating authority confirmed with FMCSA
  • Insurance verified for auto liability and cargo, with limits appropriate to the commodity
  • Safety performance reviewed; carriers rated Unsatisfactory are not used
  • Equipment suitability confirmed for the mode, including refrigeration capability and California CARB requirements on in-state moves
  • Written carrier agreement executed, expressly prohibiting re-brokering without consent
  • Records retained for authority, insurance certificates and signed agreements

Our role in the transaction. Titanium Freight Inc is a licensed property broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange transportation with independent, vetted motor carriers who perform the actual transportation and who maintain their own operating authority and insurance. Cargo liability rests with the carrier under its own coverage; any contingent cargo coverage we maintain responds only in accordance with its policy terms and is not a substitute for carrier insurance or for a shipper's own cargo policy.
